MAJORITY is looking for a Senior CRM Manager


THE ROLE
MAJORITY is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role you will join MAJORITY’s Growth team where you will report to the Business Manager - Growth & Bank. 

In this role you will be responsible for engaging and retaining our users across all geographies and markets, leveraging our best-in-class lifecycle management tool, Braze. You will work closely together with Business Managers, Product Managers, and local Sales- and Marketing teams in the US to set your priorities and decide on the best approach to drive adoption and retention of all current and future MAJORITY services. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement multi-channel retention, growth, and re-activation lifecycle campaigns
  • Create and implement effective communication throughout the user lifecycle 
  • Implement and evaluate experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns
  • Work closely with local market stakeholders to develop a deep common understanding of our users
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to create communication that brings our brand and communication style to life in ways that resonate with our users

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • A commercial mindset and know-how of CRM / lifecycle management
  • Experience working with customer engagement platforms like Braze
  • Experience with one or more templating languages, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker
  • Previous experience from working in a high growth company is appreciated
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly appreciated
