HMD - Hispanic Market Developer, LLC is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join the team and help recruit sales representatives for MAJORITY, the first mobile banking service for migrants, in your community.

As a Sales Recruiter you will be responsible for the overall recruitment of the advisor program, i.e. MAJORITY’s sales representatives. The advisor program is the main sales channel of MAJORITY and therefore the recruitment of new advisors is crucial to reach our ambitious sales targets. 

This is a truly unique and diverse role in which your aptitude for active listening, problem-solving, keeping details straight and hitting weekly goals are all equally important. Your relationship building skills combined with your sales expertise will come in handy. You will be responsible for hitting the goals within Florida. 

Time management is essential as you keep track of your recruitments and candidates and their needs. To recruit the volume of sales advisors needed, you will get a chance to use your creative ability to use multiple channels; events, recruitment sites, referral campaigns- and everything you can come up with! Our sales advisor strategy is heavily focused on physical grassroots marketing, so we are looking for a person who likes to be out and active.

  • Overall recruitments of the advisor program in Florida 
  • Plan, execute and follow up on all recruitment activities, this includes both lead generating activities and conversion activities. 
  • Interview all candidates 
  • On- and off boarding of advisors 


  • Experience within recruitment or sales 
  • Bilingual 
  • Superb time management skills
  • Love to reach targets 
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if required
  • Valid US driver's license & clean record with reliable transportation
  • Based in the Miami area
