We are now looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition, Sales
Our main sales channel is peer to peer field sales where our sales force is growing fast. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for creating an overall concept of this sales force that includes, but is not limited to; employer branding, recruitment process, training process, loyalty, internal communication, creating a sales academy and setting relevant KPIs to follow closely.
Recruitment, training and retention of our sales staff is crucial to continue the growth and quality of our biggest customer intake channel. You will be responsible for the overall strategy, implementation and execution of this program in our existing markets, but also be a key part of opening up new markets and states in the US. This is a new key role, based in the commercial HQ in Miami.
Your relationship building skills combined with your commercial expertise will come in handy as you will be focusing on the expansion of the sales force combined with loyalty goals in the US market.
Our peer to peer sales channel strategy is heavily focused on physical grassroots sales/marketing. We are therefore looking for a person who likes to be out & active. Based on your empirical observations you will define the sales force’s drivers of engagement, performance and retention.
