Why aren't my calls connecting?

If you are experiencing issues with MAJORITY's calling service, please first make sure that your contact's number is in an international format and that it is valid and reachable.


Then you can try switching to a different connection from the one you are using. For example, if you are using Wi-Fi, try connecting with mobile data or landline.

  • Signal strength can greatly impact the quality of your calls but unfortunately, we can't control all the factors that affect Wi-Fi or mobile data connections. We usually recommend connecting via landlines because that is the most reliable option.
