We estimate it takes between 7 to 10 business days for your card to arrive by post at the address you registered when you signed up. There is no tracking number for the card, but we try to be as accurate as possible in our estimate.
Keep an eye out for a black envelope containing your card. Once you receive the card, you have to activate it before you can start using it.
If your card still hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact customer service and we'll 1. double-check the delivery address and/or 2. order a new card.
