What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your free trial. The $5.99 membership fee will be deducted from your account balance, unless you have added a default card as a payment method.

If you do not have sufficient funds or a default payment method to cover your membership fee, your membership will become inactive. To reactivate it, you will need to add a minimum of $10 to your account or an alternative payment method.

If you would like to cancel your membership before your trial ends, you must do so prior to the expiration date by contacting us at or calling +1-855-553-3388. The expiration date can be found under “Profile” in the “Account” tab.
