Once you file a dispute with our team, we will conduct an investigation to improve our fraud-detection systems and prevent other unauthorized charges. This investigation takes time, and it may take us up to 45 days to finish processing your dispute.
If we think an investigation will take more than 10 days, we will issue a provisional credit to your account. You can use this provisional credit while we complete our investigation. Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of the outcome of the dispute.
