How do I update my address?

You can make changes to your account anytime after the end of your initial 30-day free trial period. To update your address, you can contact us by opening your MAJORITY app and going to Account > Need help?

Once you open a conversation, wou will have to send us a picture of a physical document so we can verify your address. Please make sure that all 4 corners of the document are visible, as well as your full name and address.

These are examples of acceptable documents:

  • Water, electricity, internet, or phone bill

  • Bank statement from another bank

  • Payroll or other employment document

  • Home rental or purchase contract

  • Letter from food stamps or from the Department of Children and Family

  • Driver license or other valid government IDs, or documents sent to you by the government.

💡Tip: You can see your address on file in your MAJORITY app by going to the Account section and tapping on your name.
