Are there any fees?

The MAJORITY membership costs $5.99 a month and will be renewed every 30 days unless you cancel it.

As a new member, you can enjoy a 30-day free trial so you get to know our services first!

Aside from the membership cost, there are no fees of any kind with MAJORITY:

  • No minimum balance

  • No minimum deposit

  • No overdraft fees

  • No hidden fees

  • No remittance fees

  • No mobile top-up fees

We will also reimburse any third-party fees that you might receive from using certain services. For more information about this, please take a look at our Terms & Conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF MY FREE TRIAL?

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your free trial. The $5.99 membership fee will be deducted from your account balance, unless you have added a default card as a payment method.

If you do not have sufficient funds or a default payment method to cover your membership fee, your membership will become inactive. To reactivate it, you will need to add a minimum of $5.99 to your account or an alternative payment method.

If you would like to cancel your membership before your trial ends, you must do so prior to the expiration date by contacting us at support@majority.com or calling +1-855-553-3388. The expiration date can be found under “Profile” in the “Account” tab.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE MONEY IN MY MAJORITY ACCOUNT WHEN THE MEMBERSHIP IS CHARGED?

You are able to add a card to be charged in case you don't have enough money in your account by the time the membership is charged. Adding a card as an additional payment method is important so you can keep your membership active without interruptions!

IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS INACTIVE, DO I HAVE TO GET A NEW ACCOUNT?

No. All you need to do is add money to your account so that your membership can be charged and reactivated.
