We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to lead our newly established and strategically significant sales channel: Partnerships. If you are a proactive individual who thrives in connecting with new potential partners, exploring collaborative opportunities, and finalizing deals, this role is for you.



As a Head of Partnerships at MAJORITY, your main task will be to leverage relevant partnerships to connect with our target demographic, primarily within the Hispanic diaspora, and to achieve optimal customer acquisition cost. You will be a part of our dynamic commercial team, working closely with other motivated members to elevate MAJORITY to new heights.



  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, contact, meet, and secure partnerships that will generate new customers for MAJORITY.
  • Foster relationships with relevant organizations such as Hispanic diaspora-specific partnerships, immigration organizations/nonprofits, consulates, and embassies.
  • Explore B2B2C opportunities, particularly with small to medium-sized enterprises with immigrant workforces.
  • Develop relationships with resellers (e.g., kiosks, restaurants, supermarkets) and affiliates who share a similar target audience.
  • Connect with other relevant organizations, such as local and national Chambers of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureau, City Economic Development Director, City Council Member/District Rep, Mayor, City Hall, Public Library, Economic Development Council, County Commissioner, County Judge, local Colleges & Universities, State Workforce, and more.


  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a partnership role, preferably within a sales channel.
  • Understanding of the Hispanic diaspora and immigrant workforce.
  • Knowledge and understanding of local and national organizations beneficial to MAJORITY's target audience.
