MAJORITY is looking for a Product Manager - Remittance and Cross Border Services

As a Product Manager, you’ll focus on one of our core product areas - the development of our remittance, mobile top-up, and calling services. Product Managers are experts in cross-functional partnership, constantly inspiring and influencing colleagues in Engineering, Design, Business, Legal, Compliance, Support, and other Product areas in order to deliver on their goals and maximize impact.   • Manage the delivery and discovery of innovative products that break down barriers to financial services access
  • Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers
  • Understand existing and emerging financial services ecosystem, MAJORITY’s strategic position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency and remove blockers in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm


  • Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way 

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.

  • 4 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher. 

  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.

  • Experience with app-based consumer products, ideally in emerging markets or financial services/FinTech in any market type

  • Experience building consumer products with partner/supplier dependencies

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a humble and scrappy mindset
